Central and Sherando played to a 22-22 score at the halftime Friday night in Woodstock. The second half belonged to the Falcons.They put on a shooting exhibition to defeat the Warriors(13-10,10-7) 70-51 and move on the next round of the Northwestern basketball tournament at Handley.

In the second half the Falcons outscored the Warriors 48-29 behind the play of Seth Bauserman, Kyle Willis, Michael Marston, and J.J. Armentrout. They combined for 34 of the Falcon points in the second half. Marston pulled down 9 rebounds.

Sherando was led by guard Matt Brady with 16 points. Daniel Nichols and Charles Hudnall chipped in with 10 and 8 points, respectively.

The Falcons(16-7,12-5) were led by Armentout with 20 points. Marston added 13 points off the bench. Bauserman and Willis added 9 each and Morgan Reynard chipped in with 8 points.
